post xmas dinner

last nite went Tampines Mall for
a post x'mas dinner
with my NIE jie-meis

hmm explanation to why TM:
cos we brot along the gal
dat we got to noe in shanghai trip.
&&&
she stays in the east so
for convenience sake...

so after a long disagreement n searching
for a decent place for our meal,
we settled for
FISH n Co...
well there was protesting voice
but we went ahead!!

but i guess we were rather satisfied
with the food, service n hmmm thw whole thing ba...

went on with a movie!!!
I AM LEGEND!!
wanted to watch it & was glad had the chance to..

its suspense is really great!!
kept me almost shouting on several occasions...
valerie(the little ger) kept clinging on me
asking me questions...
n she kept saying "scary leh!! i dun wan see...."

well n Mr lion king spent a bomb
sending valerie n me on cab...
n poor him rush to catch the last train home...

side note:
the stupid taxi uncle is so fierce
at this period of time
got money earn already v gd liao..
yet he still gif BAD service...
boooozzz... =(((

MERRY CHRISTMAS to all!!!

yes its the jolly jolly season of the yr again...
x'mas to me is
a thanks-giving season
a happy joyful season
a shopping for pressie season
a gd time to sum up the yr season...

had an absolutely great time ytd wif Mr lion king..
though in the mornie we went to argue wif the tour agency
regarding our flight's prob...
but the rest are great!!

we had a great movie..
WARLORDS!!! 投名状!! super nice!!

then shopped ard... i bot 2 dresses..
both mr lion fought to pay for them..
haiz.. i feel happy n paiseh... >.<

then we had a super great dinner at
SPIZZA @ harbourfront
we did nt to make reservation at first
cos dunno wat to eat
but came across the restaurant & i rmbed
vanessa did told me once its nice
n kasoshe wanted to come but din in the end
so so so decided to gif it a shot
so mr lion went in & made a reservation
b4 our show starts....

dinner was great no doubt...
shall post the pics nxt time...

den we went home to avoid the crowds..
n also cos we both were a little tired out le..

n i love the present my lion gave me...
super nice..

last nite attended
my CT's son's wedding dinner...
at swissotel..
Nice ambience...

but i think a wedding banquet
EMCEE is very IMPT!!!
last nite's emcee really cmi...

luckily there're some very gd
brothers n sisters...
so they made great videos
n also ran the whole wedding programmes well
i think the part where the groom
repropose n sang their song as he walked down the aisle
is super sweet!!!

food's nt bad..
n i had a great time
catching up wif my JPS colleagues...

n my CT is super beautiful ytd...
she's so so happy...=))

okok here's the last happening day in CHINA!!!


still at our last stop SHANGHAI!!

start off with all the email exchange after breakfast..

then off we go to 东方明珠塔again...
this time is the morning view..
to see far ahead...

then we went to 同仁堂
went there to have foot massage...
NICE!!!
then the 医师came in help us 把脉..
but upon hearing we no more money to buy his presciption

so i also din bother abt wat he say!!

but we had a fantastic lunch at 同仁堂..
its a feast of 药膳...
very nice.. one of the nicest lunch so far!!!


after lunch..
time to send ppl off to air port..
cos one family takes the afternoon flight..


so we took this 磁浮列车 to the air port..
at the station..

the 磁浮列车 is really fast.. travelling at

WRONG!!!

NO!! its not!!
it can travel to a maximum speed of

431km/h

300km/h is the max of ferrari k...

so 7mins we reach the air port liaoz...

see our bus tat travelled wif us for the past 8days..
wif our 巴士师傅helping us wif our luggage..
a very nice 师傅.. oways remind us to wear 大衣
dun 着凉了.. so 体贴..



so we parted with the family
tat lion gave a nick of '金飞人香米'
cos they love rice alot!!


set off with our free n easy part..

小刘also part wif us here...
but he arranged a mini bus
to pick us at our hotel to air port later at nite..


took air port shuttle to 人民广场
dunnoe how to walk..
we anyhow find 南京路
n walk lor...

settled our dinner with very cheap 锅贴s..

then headed to take the MRT
n then at 龙阳站 we took cab to our hotel..

reach hotel too early..

nua dere.. nth to do..
Mr Lion used up all our ‘盘缠’
to buy us all a pizza...
大哥use all his ‘盘缠’to treat us to the
nearby 迪欧咖啡厅for some expensive coffee n tea...


nua till the mini bus came..
n off we go for our flight home...
at the air port!!

go home??!!!

then we finally got it..

firstly went to this street..
actually is a 乡村
is those old shanghai..
cos shanghai city area very developed le...
so bring us see the old type..
very dirty n old...
BUT
ironically...

in fact we had view of HDB like building...
haha... goes to show shanghai is developing very fast!!!





okie.. after this..
we visit 宋庆龄's tomb...
she is the wife of 孙中山先生...





after visiting the tomb..
over there is a feng shui master...
will then help us 看风水， 改命运...
let me know some feng shui stuffs..
quite gd..
then Mr lion bot one..
i decline..
cos feng shui master say i still ok..
he say i got 福气 kaes.. dun play play!!

time for some shopping in shanghai???

so we are at the orchard road of shanghai...
its call 新天地...

day 5 le... time flies...
still at Nan Jing...

went to this place.. is to see this long bridge
forgot the name..(again...sorry)
but its super long..
n it is built by the ppl themselves...
each n every brick..
and its both a vehicle bridge n a railroad..

at su zhou... we haf another 地陪---小陈
haha this xiao chen like to flaunt his ENGuISH(on purpose)
and he has a 经典名句tat mr lion oways mimick..
very very shocking when we heard from his(小陈) mouth...

first place we visit in su zhou is the
苏州工业园-- a place where singapore govt pump in lots of $$$
nt bad lor.. wat can i say... hahahaha LOL=X

then we visit this 藕园
以前一个苏州人的家，很漂亮！！
the garden...

then we took a small boat rafted by an old ah ma.. sang songs..
hahaha=)) n we still need to tip her.. haiz..keke=))

then we go to this su zhou's famous river...
take a boat again.. see the 夜景。。


then dinner...
den its shopping again...
this time round... nth much was bot..

but we stayed in a gd hotel later on...
the pillow n the quilt is all silk inside... super comfy...

went to the 珍珠场

then we went to this park..
i think is to see the tai hu...

so having seen the 2 hu(s)...
we left wu xi.. finally bid farewell to LINDA...

LONG bus ride...AGAIN..

along the way.. xiao liu(my tour guide)
told us abt 南京大屠杀
left us very heavy hearted...

we met our new 地陪－－秦先生
not sure why.. but he's the most passionate 地陪we've seen...
he introduce everything very passionately...

after that we set off the 3rd destination:

see its so cold.. all the bushes left with branches..

oh ya and at this 西湖， we saw 苏小小's 墓。。。

then... we went to 杭州's famous 龙井茶园。。。
the tea is super nice la..
i no money if nt buy for u ppl..
but i bot the sweets..haha=))

at nite went to 宋城
went to 月老庙& 财神庙
saw how last time ppl 抛绣球to 招女婿。。。


over dere we watched a MAGNIFICENT show
