badminton trainings

recently been gg diligently for badminton training..
cos ISG is coming... 13Jan.. (wonderful date)


yup... trainings been quite ok...
for the past 3 times,
its dbls for me...
but today trained for singles..
n i just went for a run in the mornie...
great.. over strained muscles are killing me...

after training took bus with captain..
ha.. he teach me how to see birds..
funny la..
and we gossip abt ppl in the team..
OPPS... haha...
then as we are talking abt a guy..
that guy board the bus.. we're shocked la..
luckily we werent talking bad abt him...
instead was praising his great skills in court!!

oh and ya i had my blood test again today..
hadnt said anything abt this including to my parents..
cos dun wan them to worry..
its my tummy/gastric prob la..
but alls fine now.. =))

yup n i met lion today..
wanted to get a USB port hub..
n he passed me a gift.. a portable hard disk
which he promised to get me n i kept rejecting...
so he go n fixed 1 for me all by himself...

basically he put some movies
in the hard disk for me to watch...
since its hols.. sth to do??

we went out of cos!!!

then we decided to take cab back to hotel...

to some other places.. though we din buy anything

but felt better than to waste time off in hotel room...

i got a LOUSY tour guide...
i chose a WRONG tour
i suffer COLD currents
i din really enjoy myself
&& the trip is not worth my $$$$!!!!!

nevertheless
there are enjoying moments:
making fun of the tour guide
laughing at some silly jokes lion made
the leofoo village excite rides!!!
the cool sun rise at ali shan
the great books deal i got from taiwan!!

weilin's wedding....

reached her house at 5plus...
prepared n accompany her for her make up...

gorgeous...
woooo... then gate crashing...
tea ceremony n of cos wedding dinner...
ros sis n me are the EMCEEs...
wah stress...
but anyway all was smooth!!!

so so so so so happy for her...

Kai xiang's wedding... in M'SIA...

hmmm this is a very sweaty wedding...
reasons..

we gotta be at kranji by 2.45pm...
weather super HOT!!!
sweat while waiting for bus...

then at customs..
HOT HOT weather plus CROWDED queue
makes ppl sweaty n frustrated...
we're stuck there for 1.5hrs...
n we're all so sticky by then....

the bus's air con nt very power,
n the SUN just simply made it worse...
so the whole bus is like woohoo..
hot!! =((

BUT!!!

all's worth it... cos,

we get to see the handsome groom n his bride's smile =)
and their banquet emcee is 坚文 from UFM100.3(my fav radio stn)
haha...
and the food were delicious...
plus kai xiang sang 'forever love'..
very very nice!! =D
