badminton trainings

recently been gg diligently for badminton training..
cos ISG is coming... 13Jan.. (wonderful date)


yup... trainings been quite ok...
for the past 3 times,
its dbls for me...
but today trained for singles..
n i just went for a run in the mornie...
great.. over strained muscles are killing me...

after training took bus with captain..
ha.. he teach me how to see birds..
funny la..
and we gossip abt ppl in the team..
OPPS... haha...
then as we are talking abt a guy..
that guy board the bus.. we're shocked la..
luckily we werent talking bad abt him...
instead was praising his great skills in court!!

finally met up wif ros sis n weilin...
updated them and of cos...
ha... they reacted the same way all others did...

but im really touched...
by how ros sis is ever ready to SLAP!!
